👥 Group Order

Group order is one of the best way that many of our customers assign to have a lower shipping cost when buying items at our store. 
However to join in group order, you must have one person who can take in the role of Group-leader. The Group leader will be the one working with us, taking responsibility in receiving the package and then separate the items to everyone else in the group.

In the past we did work with many group order to China/Korea/Malaysia/Indonesia and USA. And everything worked well which is why we want to introduce this method to more people. 

Important notes for Group Order method 📝:

(1) We only accept payment via Paypal. And payment should be from the Group-leader Paypal's accrount.

(2) Your order will not getting under Bigcartel control, but still under protection of Paypal policy between seller and customer.

(3) We only accept Group-order for a group of at least 4 people. We will need proof list (mail/SNS contact) from Group-leader. Please understand that we need this to get rid of situation of one person faking the Group order to buy large amount of items and then re-sell it with higher price at other conventions - which we did have that bad experience in the past.  

(4) Our store will only takes responsibilty in working with Group Leader: Payment, Checking amount of items, Shipping - the whole Order Routine will finished when the parcel safely reach the Group Leader address and get confirmed. Any problem between Group leader and members is not in our hand.

Step by Step for Group Order 📝:

1. Group leader collects item list which member in the group want to buy and send us via mail - You can also contact us via twitter for urgent question.

2. Checking and confirming the list from both side. We will ask for your paypal + shipping address at this step. 

3. We will send an Invoice to Group Leader - payment time can be discussed.

4. After payment sent, we will prepare the order and send to you. Group-order's parcel also follower the Shipment terms and policy at our store.
